Freebie: First Day of Spring Poster

It’s Here!
One thing I am very sure, I was not made for winter in a pandemic. This winter has felt harder than most but yesterday, with the return of warm sunshine, our bulbs sprouting, the the 2 feet of snow melting incredibly fast, I can feel hope restoring.

Homeschool in the warm weather is so much more fun for us too. We’re able to get out on more nature walks, spend time in the garden, and take our lessons outside.

To welcome back spring we have a new Freebie on the website, First Signs of Spring Poster. You can use this as a checklist, painting sheet (print directly to watercolor paper) or inspiration for read alouds (see if you can find a spring book on each subject)! We’ve enjoyed checking off the signs of spring we see on our walks and adding to our own list. This poster is also fantastic inspiration for a calendar of first or nature journal entries.
